As part of linking the theoretical side with the practical one in the legal field, Law Students at Umm Al Quwain University organized a mock court under the supervision of Dr. Saad Ramadan, Internship lecturer, in the presence of Dr. Hani Bakr, Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdul Ghani Al Shuaibi, Dean of the College of Law, and some faculty and administrative members and students. This step aims to develop students' skills, enhance their talents, and apply the legal knowledge they got during classes. The mock trial court represents an interesting experience for students, where they will be able to embody the role of  judges, prosecutors, and lawyers, and understand the depth concept of judicial work and analyze legal cases. This experience also enhances the students’ confidence before they move into practical reality and improves their teamwork skill.

This activity, which is implemented at the end of each semester, Umm Al Quwain University works to provide a diverse, inspiring and effective educational environment and experiences that contribute to developing students’ skills and preparing them for a successful professional future in the field of law to meet the labor market needs and contribute to the community development.
